These terms govern your use of Spire (“the app”), published by Stratega (Chris Guida). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Spire for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the applicable app store’s terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law. The app is provided for entertainment only.

Ads and free play

Spire is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. A future optional in-app purchase may remove ads; any such purchase is handled by the app store and subject to its refund policies.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, artwork, and code are owned by Stratega and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or branding.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratega will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
