Privacy Policy

Spire (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a mobile game published by Stratega (Chris Guida). This policy explains what information the app handles and the choices you have. By using Spire you agree to this policy.

The short version

• Spire has no account and no login. We don’t ask for your name, email, or any personal profile.
• Your game data — best height, stats, and settings — is stored only on your device. We don’t run a server that collects it.
• The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects some device data to serve and measure those ads (details below).

Information stored on your device

Your best score, lifetime stats, and preferences (haptics, reminders) are saved locally using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device through us, and is removed if you delete the app or use Settings → Delete my data.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Spire is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process:

• Device and other identifiers (e.g. advertising ID)
• Approximate (non-precise) location derived from IP address
• App activity / interactions and ad performance
• Diagnostics and crash information

This data is used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. We do not sell your data. Google’s use of data is governed by the Google Privacy & Terms. See also how Google uses data in AdMob.

Your choices

• iOS: the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, you’ll see non-personalized ads.
• Consent (EU/UK): where required, a Google-certified consent prompt lets you choose how your data is used. You can revisit it any time via Settings → Ad privacy choices.
• Delete / export: Settings → Delete my data erases everything stored on the device; Export my data shares a copy of it.

Children

Spire is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
